Evidence policy
How UroFellow verifies the directory.
Material claims remain tied to an official or attributable source and a checked date. Unknown information stays visibly unknown.
Source hierarchy
- Official programme or institution source. Primary evidence for programme identity, format and application route.
- Professional body or regulator. Evidence for structured listings, accreditation and registration.
- Official individual faculty profile. Required before an individual biography can be indexed.
- Reputable secondary evidence. Used only with a clearly scoped confidence label.
What is never inferred
A live page is not proof that applications are open. A country does not prove international eligibility. Hospital affiliation does not prove future supervision. Missing funding means “not publicly listed,” not “unfunded.”
SEO thresholds
Faculty pages require attributable individual evidence and a programme relationship. City pages normally require two canonical programmes. Country-by-subspecialty pages require two verified canonical programmes; thinner views remain noindex and are excluded from the sitemap.
Editorial corrections
Submissions are unverified until manually reviewed. The current workflow opens the editorial inbox; it does not claim database storage or automatic publication.
